Returns and Refunds

Merchandise can be returned for a refund or store credit as long as a return request is submitted within 14 days from the date you receive it.  Please note that there will be a 15% restocking fee and no refunds on shipping charges.  For any product received that is not the product you ordered, we will exchange the item at no additional cost upon verification.  A receipt is required for all returns.

Merchandise can be exchanged for the same item or something else as long as a return request is submitted within 14 days from the date you receive your merchandise.  No exchanges will be made after this 14-day period.  If you are exchanging for item(s) of lesser value, a refund in the amount of the difference will be issued.  If you are exchanging for item(s) of greater value, we will contact you to arrange for the additional payment.

Merchandise purchased through, which qualifies for return may be returned via mail to St. Michael Center.  You must first obtain a Return Authorization (RA), by contacting us via phone.  Any returns mailed to us without a pre-approved RA may be refused without notice, automatically returned, and a handling fee implemented.  A RA is valid for only 14 days. 

You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns unless otherwise indicated.  If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. 

We are unable to refund any purchase from our web site from the time your order is placed until your product is received by you.

Shipping Products ships orders during normal business days: Monday through Friday.  We currently do not process any shipments during the weekends.  You assume all risk of loss for shipped products.  Please ensure that your ordering information is accurate and complete to avoid delays.  Products cannot be shipped to incomplete addresses.

We are not liable for orders that we cannot fulfill due to causes beyond our control or for incomplete or inaccurate information being supplied by you or someone acting for you.  We are unable to accept cash, checks or C.O.D orders or wire transfers for online purchases.

We put forth our best effort to ensure that information on our web site is accurate, complete and current.  Unfortunately, there may be instances when information about a product is inaccurate or incomplete.  We reserve the right to correct errors and/or update the content on at any time without notice.  We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any error or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.  If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.
